David B. Green
Graduate of the University of Tennessee School of Law in 1974. He worked for Rhode Island Legal Services for four years, and has now been in private practice for 30 years. His law practice focuses on Social Security Disability law. Admitted to the Rhode Island bar, Mr. Green is a former board member and current sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Repre-sentatives, (NOSSCR). Mr. Green and other firm associates regularly speak on the SSI/SSDI Claims Process to other agencies and client medical support groups.
Moe Greenberg
is a Graduate of Boston College School of Law. He served as a staff attorney for the Social Security Administration before joining Mr. Green to form the firm in 1988. Mr. Greenberg is fluent in Spanish. He is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

KMC is a 1992 graduate of Boston College Law School and a 1989 graduate of Assumption College. She has been practicing in the field of Social Security disability benefits with Green and Greenberg since January 1994. Kate is a graduate of Bates College and Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. After law school, she worked as a staff attorney at AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts, before joining Green & Greenberg in 2008. Kate is a licensed attorney in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).

Romina graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires Law School (U.B.A). She also has done postgraduate studies in the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain and in the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (U.A.D.E). Romina is licensed to practice law in Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, and San Isidro, Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina.She has an extensive expertise in commercial law in Argentina where she practiced for more than 10 years. Ms. Shea is a graduate of St. John's University, and Roger Williams University School of Law, where she was a member of the Roger Williams Law Review and Student Bar Association. She is admitted to the Massachusetts and New York bars. Ms. Shea originally joined the firm as a legal intern in 2009 and joined the firm full-time after graduating law school in 2010.
